News and Updates

Every year, NCJW South Cook Section offers funding to area teachers proposing original and innovative projects to supplement the classroom curriculum.  Applications are sent out each year to South Suburban area schools to request funding for their projects.  A panel of South Cook members review the applications and allocate funds of up to $350 per application.  Last year South Cook distributed over $7700 to 27 recipients from 42 applications. This year applications are due by Wednesday December 3, 2025.
